1. Website operator

DeckNest is the showcase operated by Mascarello S.r.l.. Its address, tax and VAT numbers, Companies Register details, REA, share capital and contacts are available in the Legal notice linked from the footer.

2. Showcase and sales channel

The products shown are finished products offered for sale. Purchases take place exclusively on Etsy; the DeckNest website does not collect orders or payment details and has no checkout. Email and social channels are for information and contact, not sales, in the current configuration.

The Etsy link opens the DeckNestIT shop. Individual listings show purchasable variants, prices and current availability; a model appearing in this showcase does not guarantee immediate availability on Etsy.

3. Before purchasing

Before buying, check the chosen Etsy listing for the variant, finish, price, availability, dimensions, materials, compatibility, package contents, delivery timing and charges. Group photographs compare versions and do not imply that multiple products are included in one purchase.

Images show the photographed finishes; lighting and screens can affect colour perception. Descriptions do not replace the characteristics agreed in the order. If unsure about a variant, contact support@decknest.net before purchasing.

4. Sales terms and rights

The terms of an individual sale, including delivery, withdrawal, returns and support, must be provided by the seller on Etsy before the order, alongside applicable platform rules. These notes concern use of the showcase and do not replace those sales terms.

Using Etsy does not remove the seller's responsibilities or mandatory consumer rights. These notes introduce no blanket warranty exclusions, waiver of withdrawal rights or automatic restrictions for personalised products.

5. Content, links and contact

Use of content remains subject to the rights of its respective owners and uses permitted by law. Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners; mentioning them does not imply an undeclared affiliation.
